About Us


Service Casa Aventura is located in the heart of the cultural capital of Chile, Valparaiso. We specialize in Internship placement, Spanish classes, travel for students, independent travelers and small groups. The tours and activities are fun and exiting while creating a better understanding between the travelers and the people of Valparaíso. We are an energetic and dedicated team of professionals that works with self-imposed guidelines to ensure that each itinerary has a positive impact on the traveler, intern, the local culture, environment and economy.
Our staff is committed to provide a link and support students, interns, independent travelers and small groups to a unique experience and cultural exchange during their stay in Valparaiso and their travels.

Meet the staff:

Alda Marquez, Financial Controller, Special Projects and Tour Coordinator
Alda is a Geographer with ten years of experience in the tourist industry. She lived 13 years in Germany has traveled extensively throughout Europe and South America.

Ines Marquez, Office Manager and Tour Coordinator
Ines is and Interior Designer with an affinity for detail. She lived in Palo Alto, California for 15 years and has traveled through Europe, Tanzania, Mexico and Chile.

Maria Elena Rodriguez:
Expirence tour guide, fluent in English and French. Coowner of Ritoque Expeditions Horse Back Riding Tours.

Alda Bertoni:
Masters in Rural Development, Faculty member of the Pontificia Unversidad Catolica de Valparaiso, fluent in German, English and French.

Christian Güntert:
German Geographer, owner of Casa Aventura Hostel and expirence tour guide throughout Chile.

Carmela Márquez:
Earned a B.A. in Art from the Pontifica Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, Cultural Liason.


Arturo Morales:
Owner of Interactive Spanish School, Spanish teacher and Poet.

Alejandra Vergar:
Spanish teacher, graduate from Universidad de Playa Ancha Valparaiso, fluent in French.

José Ramon Fernandez:
Spanish teacher, tour guide in Olmué
